Returns & Exchanges
At Yard, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Yard account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, usually within 5-7 business days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
